1. Who we are
This website is operated by The Gilded Collective, trading as The Gilded Collective ("we", "us", "our"), of business mailing address available upon request, Texas. You can reach us at Luxuryretreats0608@gmail.com or (830) 481-0723.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you browse this site or buy a place at one of our retreats. By purchasing, you confirm that the attending guest is female and at least 18 years old, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you accept these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Assumption of Risk & Waiver.
3. What you are buying
A place at a single, named, one-day retreat on a specific date. Your purchase is a licence to attend that event. It is not a membership, a subscription, or an entitlement to any future event.
Each package lists what it includes. Anything not listed is not included — including travel, parking, accommodation, gratuities, alcohol, and any treatment or service you book directly with the venue.
To be explicit about the difference between the two packages: the Luxury Lifestyle package includes lunch and does not include a massage. The Deluxe Luxurious package includes a 60-minute massage and a smoothie or drink of your choice in place of lunch. The Christian speaker is included in both. Food is available to purchase at the venue on the day.
4. The venue is independent of us
Our retreats are hosted at third-party venues. For the retreat on Friday, September 25, 2026, that venue is WorldSprings, 3240 Plano Pkwy, The Colony, TX 75056. The venue is a separate, independent business. It is not our agent, partner or employee, and it does not sponsor or endorse us.
While you are at the venue you must follow the venue's own rules, hours, age limits, dress code and safety instructions, and you will be asked to complete the venue's own guest waiver when you check in. The venue may refuse entry or remove any guest under its own policies, and we cannot overrule it. Any treatment provided by venue staff — including massage — is provided by the venue under its own terms.
5. Places, capacity and your details
Places are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the event sells out. One purchase reserves one place for one named guest. If you buy for other people, each guest must have her own booking so that we hold correct names, contact details and health information for everyone attending.
6. Changes and cancellation by us
We may need to change the schedule, the running order, the Christian speaker, or an individual element of a package. Where we do, we will provide something of comparable value and let you know as soon as we reasonably can.
If we cancel a retreat outright, you will receive a full refund of what you paid us, or the option to transfer to another date if one is available. That refund is the full extent of our liability for a cancellation. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, childcare or time-off costs you have incurred.
We may cancel or reschedule for reasons outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closure, utility failure, illness of key personnel, public health orders, or any other event beyond our control.

8. Behaviour
We want the day to be restful for everyone. We may remove any guest, without refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or materially disruptive to other guests or to venue staff, or for attending under the influence of anything that makes participation unsafe.
9. Photography
We do not photograph or film guests for marketing without consent. Any guest photography or filming by us is by arrangement and with written consent.
Guests may take personal photographs subject to the venue's own policy, but must not photograph other guests without their permission.
10. Health and suitability
Mineral soaking, heat exposure, cold plunging and massage are not suitable for everyone. You are responsible for deciding whether the day is appropriate for you and, where relevant, for taking medical advice first. You must tell us at checkout about anything we need to know. See the Assumption of Risk & Waiver.
11. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and are shown per person. Applicable taxes or checkout fees, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Please confirm sales-tax treatment with a CPA before public launch.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence to the extent that Texas law does not permit it to be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photographs and branding on this site belong to us or to our licensors, except where they belong to the venue or another third party. Venue names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the location of an event.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas. Ask your attorney whether an arbitration clause should be added before public launch.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the day you booked.
