1. Who controls your information

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are collected directly by Stripe.
3. Health information
Health details you give us are treated as sensitive. We use them only to run the retreat safely, share them only with the people who need them on the day, and delete them 90 days after the event. We are not a healthcare provider and this information is not medical records.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe — to take payment and process refunds.
- The venue — a guest list, and only the health or accessibility information the venue needs to look after you safely.
- email and website hosting providers — to send you booking emails and to host this site.
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
5. Marketing
We will email you about your booking because we have to. We will only add you to a marketing list if you ask us to, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics in this preview. Stripe may set cookies necessary for secure payment if Stripe checkout is enabled.
7. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records: seven years, because tax rules require it. Health information: 90 days after the event. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data — neither of which we do. Email us and we will respond within the time the law allows. If we refuse a request we will tell you why and how to appeal.
9. Children
This site and our retreats are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Security
We keep your information on password-protected accounts and share it only as described above. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
